WHY ARE FUEL PRICES CHANGING?
In Turkey, when determining fuel prices, international oil prices, exchange rates, and taxes are among the key determining factors. Especially fluctuations in Brent crude oil prices and changes in the USD/TL exchange rate affect refinery exit prices, reflecting as increases or decreases at the pump.
Recent geopolitical developments in global markets and currency fluctuations continue to exert upward pressure on fuel prices.
