MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli made a statement regarding the expulsion of 5 lieutenants from the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK). Bahçeli said, "Those who shout and scream as they please with pirate and parallel oaths have been dealt with accordingly, and the public conscience is pleased with this decision. There is no one left who will be deceived or misled by the clowns who have turned Atatürkism into a means of livelihood."
The Chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli, made a statement regarding the expulsion of 5 lieutenants from the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) following the sword oath at the official graduation ceremony of the Military Academy. Bahçeli stated that the decision was correct and argued that the necessary actions were taken.
BAHÇELİ'S STATEMENT REGARDING THE LIEUTENANTS
In his statement, Bahçeli said: "It is a known fact that a group of lieutenants placed themselves on the military and political agenda by jointly voicing an invalid oath after the official phase of the National Defense University Military Academy Diploma and Flag Transfer Ceremony on Friday, August 30, 2024."
"DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO USE THE TSK FOR POLITICAL POLEMICS"
