The accident occurred on the viaduct opposite the Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadium on Atatürk Boulevard in the Sanayi neighborhood. The truck with license plate 61 AEG 258, loaded with corn silage, lost control due to a bee sting on the steering wheel by Serdar Sağır, crashed into the shoulder, overturned, and after being dragged for about 50 meters, completely blocked the road on the viaduct and lay on its side.

Injured Sağır was taken to Samsun Training and Research Hospital by the ambulance that was called. It was learned that Serdar Sağır, who was taken for treatment, is in good health. The Samsun-Ordu highway, which was closed due to the accident, has been reopened. While teams intervened in the accident, traffic began to be diverted to the side road.
