Super League giant Beşiktaş has reached an agreement with 21-year-old left-back Kassoum Ouattara, who plays for Monaco. The black-and-whites are continuing negotiations with Monaco to complete the transfer for a transfer fee of approximately 10 million Euros.
Beşiktaş, who accelerated their transfer efforts before the new season, reached a happy ending in the negotiations for the left-back position.
AGREEMENT REACHED WITH PLAYER OUTTARA
According to a report from French media Foot Mercato, the Beşiktaş management reached a preliminary agreement in negotiations with the representatives of 21-year-old left-back Kassoum Ouattara, who plays for Monaco. It was stated that head coach Vincenzo Italiano played a key role in the transfer. The Italian coach, who made intense efforts to persuade the young player, is said to have identified Ouattara as his number one target for the summer transfer window.
NEGOTIATIONS WITH MONACO CONTINUE
Having shaken hands with the player's side, Beşiktaş has also intensified its official contacts with Monaco. It was reported that the black-and-white management is engaged in a fierce negotiation at around €10 million with the French club to permanently acquire the young left-back's transfer rights.
