In the criminal organization investigation carried out under the coordination of the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, in which 44 suspects, including Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul, were arrested, blood-curdling details have emerged. It was claimed that the organization established a spy network called the 'Furkan Intelligence Organization,' put dissident members on the 'falaka,' and that Semra Kuytul set up so-called courts in the foundation building and made dissident members kneel.
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the criminal organization known as 'Kuytulcular,' allegedly led by Alparslan Kuytul, teams from the Adana Provincial Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch conducted an operation against the Furkan Foundation on the morning of Wednesday, August 19. In the operation, Alparslan Kuytul, who was claimed to be the organization's leader, and his wife Semra Kuytul were arrested.
It was alleged that Alparslan Kuytul's wife, Semra Kuytul, established so-called inquisition courts in the foundation building, conducted trials, and made dissident members kneel in public. It was also recorded that after the alleged trial conducted by Kuytul, he confessed the punishment openly by publishing a video on social media saying, 'We exposed the sleeper cells and made them kneel.'
THEY ESTABLISHED A SO-CALLED INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY
New chilling details have emerged in the investigation. According to the statements in the investigation file, it was alleged that more than 10 organization members, including M.K., İ.D., V.D., H.K., and M.F.M., who formed the organization's core cadre, traveled to Iran for 20 days in 2013 to examine the Shia order and the Mullah regime on site.
According to the news in Sabah, it was alleged that after the Iran trip, a dark internal control mechanism based on 'absolute obedience' was established within the organization, modeled after Iran's Qom city, and an unofficial espionage network operating like a 'state within a state' was established to monitor the organization's own members and dissidents.
In the investigation file, it was stated that M.K. was at the head of this structure, named the 'Furkan Intelligence Organization (FIT),' with Secretary General İ.D. and T.Y.D. serving as his deputies. It was alleged that FIT elements filed detailed records of the private lives, family secrets, and personal weaknesses of members who wanted to leave the organization or had critical thoughts, and reported them to Alparslan Kuytul.
'HOCAHANIM' ESTABLISHED SO-CALLED COURTS AND CONDUCTED TRIALS
It was alleged that based on the so-called intelligence information collected by this structure, Alparslan Kuytul established so-called 'courts' in the foundation building, carrying out extrajudicial executions within the organization. It was further claimed that the rule that 'no one from the Kuytul family can be criticized' was strictly enforced, and terrifying punishments were applied to those who did not comply with these rules.
It was recorded that Semra Kuytul, who was alleged to be the organization's 'Women's Affairs Officer' and wielded absolute power, turned the foundation building into what was virtually an inquisition court.
It was also alleged that N.A., an organization member who, during the period when Kuytul was arrested for judicial crimes such as intentional kidnapping and looting, expressed discontent by saying, 'Why are we criticizing the government so much? Our teacher was imprisoned not because of the Tawhid case but because of a financial dispute,' was subjected to Semra Kuytul's so-called trial.
THEY MADE THE MEMBER WHO CRITICIZED THE RINGLEADER KNEEL
It was argued that N.A. was tried by the so-called 'court panel' headed by Semra Kuytul and consisting of her assistants T.Y.D., M.T., and H.K., and N.A. was made to kneel in public after being made to say, 'I will never have such a thought again.'
It was stated that the images of the moments when Semra Kuytul openly confessed the punishment by publishing a video on social media after this incident, saying 'We exposed the sleeper cells and made them kneel,' were also included in the prosecutor's records.
It was alleged that H.K., who criticized the organization leader by letter, and the dissident Europe officer G.K. were declared 'dishonorable' and lynched by the ringleader and his wife Semra Kuytul in password-protected or open sessions broadcast live on YouTube, and were excommunicated. S.Ç., who clashed with Kuytul over a financial dispute, was also allegedly discredited in the court established at the foundation and expelled from the group.
THEY APPLIED FALAKA TORTURE SAYING 'THE TEACHER BROKE HIS PEN'
The punishment methods applied in the organization's dark cells are also chilling. According to the statements in the investigation file, in this mechanism where Alparslan Kuytul had the final say, it is alleged that members who received punishment were given penalties such as silence, standing guard at the foundation, fines, and the harshest, 'falaka' (bastinado). It was also claimed that for dissidents who did not obey, there was a special 'execution group' of 7-8 people working directly under the ringleader's assistant E.A. in the organization's hierarchy.
