The allegation that Bülent Börekçilik, one of Turkey's famous börek chains with more than 300 branches, was sought to be taken over by the Söylemezler Gang has entered the indictment. It was claimed that the company's owner, Rıdvan Adıyaman, was threatened over a share dispute with his former partner with the words, "If you do not transfer the shares, we will cut off both your head and your family's heads."
The allegation that the Söylemezler Gang, one of the most talked-about criminal organizations in Türkiye for a time, threatened the company's owner, Rıdvan Adıyaman, with death in order to seize Bülent Börekçilik, which has more than 300 branches, has been included in the indictment. In the process that began due to a share dispute, it was stated that threatening messages were sent to Adıyaman and his family, while the secret witness's statement, 'We are going to become partners in Bülent Börek,' drew attention.
HE TOOK OVER THE SHARES BY PAYING FOR THEM
In the investigation conducted into the organized criminal organization publicly known as the 'Söylemezler Gang,' an indictment was prepared against a total of 7 suspects, 5 of whom are detained and 2 of whom are at large, including Mehmet Faysal Söylemez, who is alleged to be the organization's current leader.
According to the news report by Yeni Şafak, according to the complaint petition included in the indictment prepared by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Rıdvan Adıyaman, the owner of Bülent Börekçilik, took over the shares held by his partner Zeki Tutal in the company in Turkey by paying their price.
However, some time later, Tutal wanted to buy back the shares he had transferred. In the complaint petition, it was stated that Tutal continued to obtain financial benefit even though he no longer had any legal connection with the company. It was alleged that the threats began after Adıyaman refused to transfer the shares back.
'WE WILL CUT OFF BOTH YOUR HEAD AND YOUR FAMILY'S HEADS'
According to the indictment, on November 20, 2025, a person who called Rıdvan Adıyaman via WhatsApp said that he was calling on behalf of the Söylemezler Gang and asked him to transfer the Bülent Börekçilik shares to Zeki Tutal. It was stated that the person on the phone threatened to kill Adıyaman and his family if the shares were not transferred. When Adıyaman did not accept the share transfer, this time threatening messages were sent. It was reported that the messages included the statements, 'If you do not transfer the shares, we will cut off both your head and your family's heads. You are dead.'
ALLEGATION THAT THEY DRAINED THE COMPANIES IN EUROPE
Rıdvan Adıyaman's partnership with Zeki Tutal continued in Bülent Börekçilik's branches in Europe. The other partner in the activities in Europe was Hasan Silahtaroğlu.
In the complaint petition, it was alleged that Tutal and Silahtaroğlu drained the companies in Europe. It was stated that the revenues obtained from sales were not transferred to the company treasury. In addition, it was alleged that a loan of 1 million 392 thousand euros was taken from Adıyaman on the grounds that the companies had financial needs.
Adıyaman, who stated that he could not collect his receivable, filed a complaint by applying to the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on June 30, 2026, after the death threats increased.
THE WITNESS DESCRIBED THE THREAT CONVERSATION
Özbay Doğru, who works as a consultant at Bülent Börekçilik, also testified as a witness within the scope of the investigation. Doğru recounted that in November 2025, while he was in Rıdvan Adıyaman's office, a call came from abroad. He stated that Adıyaman showed him the phone screen and said that 'Söylemezler' was written in the profile of the caller.
Stating that the phone conversation took place at a volume that could be heard in the room, Doğru expressed that he heard the person on the other end threaten Adıyaman by saying, 'You will transfer your share; if you do not transfer it, we will do what is necessary.'
SECRET WITNESS: WE WILL BECOME PARTNERS IN BÜLENT BÖREK
One of the striking sections of the indictment was formed by the statements of the secret witness with the code name 'ŞİMŞEK-04.' The secret witness alleged that the commercial dispute between Rıdvan Adıyaman and his former partners was carried over to the Söylemezler criminal organization. The witness also claimed that he was told, 'We will become partners in Bülent Börek.'
