Following the annulment ruling in CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's return to the party leadership has stirred party circles. It is claimed that Kılıçdaroğlu does not plan to hold a congress soon and wants to lead the party in the elections. Özgür Özel reiterated the call for a congress, saying, "We want the ballot as soon as possible." Gürsel Tekin stated that there is no chaos in CHP and that the elective general congress will be held in about 7 months.
After the Ankara Regional Court of Justice's decision of absolute nullity, the party's backstage became active as Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu resumed the chair of the general presidency in the CHP. While Kılıçdaroğlu is expected to take the party to an extraordinary congress soon, new striking allegations have emerged in Ankara.
CLAIM THAT KILIÇDAROĞLU WILL POSTPONE THE CONGRESS
It has been alleged that Kılıçdaroğlu does not plan to hold an extraordinary congress with elections in the near future and wants to lead the CHP into possible general elections under his own leadership.
TGRT Ankara Representative Fatih Atik, in his assessment on the matter, stated, "A congress is not expected in the near future. Kılıçdaroğlu will lead the CHP into the elections. He will not be the presidential candidate."
ÖZGÜR ÖZEL: WE WANT THE BALLOT BOX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Meanwhile, it has been learned that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel had a phone conversation with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu the day before. Özel reiterated the demand for a congress in his statement to the crowd gathered in front of CHP Headquarters.
Referring to his meeting with Kılıçdaroğlu, Özel said, "I have no concessions. We want the ballot box as soon as possible, we want a congress."

While the timing of the elective congress in the CHP is being debated, notable statements came from Gürsel Tekin, known for his closeness to Kılıçdaroğlu.
Speaking to Sözcü newspaper, Tekin argued that there is no crisis in the party, saying, "There is no chaos. A new congress will be held in Istanbul." Stating that preparations for the extraordinary congress will begin soon, Tekin said the CHP's major elective congress will take place approximately seven months later.
