The 'inheritance' crisis between İnan Kıraç and İpek Kıraç has entered a new phase. In the report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institution regarding the lawsuit filed for the annulment of his marriage, it was stated that İnan Kıraç lacks legal capacity and that a guardian should be appointed for him.
Businessman İnan Kıraç's daughter İpek Kıraç filed a lawsuit at the Anadolu 18th Family Court, claiming that her father, who married Emine Alangoya on December 20, 2024, does not have legal capacity.
The court decided to refer İnan Kıraç to the Forensic Medicine Institution to determine whether he has legal capacity.
"HE DOES NOT HAVE LEGAL CAPACITY"
Following this decision, a report prepared regarding Kıraç, who went to the Forensic Medicine Institution for examination, was sent to the court. The report stated that İnan Kıraç does not have legal capacity and that a guardian should be appointed.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The Chairman of Kıraça Holding, 87-year-old businessman İnan Kıraç, united his life with 75-year-old Emine Alangoya, after which Kıraç's daughter İpek Kıraç filed a lawsuit for the annulment of her father İnan Kıraç's marriage to Emine Alangoya.
Kıraç claimed that the report stating her father had "sound mental health" before the marriage was incorrect.
"I WILL DO MY BEST TO PROTECT MY INHERITANCE FROM MY MOTHER"
In a recent statement regarding the matter, İpek Kıraç said, "I want it to be known that I will do my best to protect the spiritual and material inheritance from my mother and that I will resort to all legal means. The legal protection of my father is also a part of this process. I am sure my mother would want me to continue to protect our family against all kinds of abuse, exploitation, and injustice. From now on, the highest Turkish justice will undoubtedly make the right decision." she stated.
HE HAD DISOWNED HIS DAUGHTER
After Suna Kıraç left her inheritance to her daughter, İnan Kıraç applied to the court and disowned his daughter.
