Mehmet Çaput, a 32-year-old businessman with partnerships in various enterprises in Denizli, was found dead in his home. At the scene, his wife, 2-year-old daughter, and three letters allegedly addressed to the Pamukkale Municipality were seized. It was learned that in the letters, Çaput mentioned he had been trying to obtain a business license for some time and was going through difficult times due to financial troubles. The prosecutor's office launched an investigation, examining the notes he left behind and all aspects of the incident.

FOUND UNMOVING IN HIS HOME

The incident occurred in Kuşpınar Neighborhood, Pamukkale district of Denizli. According to information obtained, 32-year-old Mehmet Çaput, who had partnerships in various businesses, was found hanging in his home.

When his wife arrived home and saw him unmoving, she reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. An examination by medical teams determined that Çaput had died.

THREE LETTERS FOUND AT THE SCENE

It was learned that during the police teams' examination of the scene, three letters were found next to Çaput. The letters were reported to be addressed to his wife, his 2-year-old daughter, and Pamukkale Municipality.

It was learned that the notes taken into examination were handwritten in a notebook. In the notes reflected in photographs, it was seen that Çaput used emotional expressions toward his family and also included some evaluations regarding the municipality.

LICENSE PROCESS ALLEGATION

It was learned that Mehmet Çaput had a significant amount of debt in the market and had been trying to obtain a business license for some time. It was stated that Çaput, who was going through a difficult period due to not being granted a license for his business by Pamukkale Municipality, fell into depression and mentioned this issue in one of his farewell letters.

In the investigation launched by the Denizli Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it is considered that Çaput left written notes behind, and the notes contain expressions of complaint against municipal personnel.
