In a traffic accident involving a truck, a car, and a passenger bus in the Erzin district of Hatay, 2 people lost their lives and 4 people were injured. The truck with license plate 60 AHU 248, driven by Ö.Ö., went out of the driver's control due to a lane change maneuver on the Dörtyol-Erzin Highway at the Kuzuculu Neighborhood location.
The passenger bus with license plate 31 R 0242, belonging to Hatay CSR Seyahat, driven by K.S., and the car with license plate 31 AHR 776, driven by Mert Aysüt, which were traveling in the same direction, collided with the truck's trailer.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE ACCIDENT
Upon reports from those nearby, 112 Emergency Health, highway gendarmerie, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene. In the accident, the car's driver Aysüt and his companions Ahmet Baran Çapar, Ecem B, Çağla U, Derya Ö., and İbrahim Y. were injured.
Among the injured, who were taken to nearby hospitals by ambulances, Aysüt and Çapar lost their lives.
The investigation into the accident continues.
