HE ATTACKED WITH THE KNIFE HE TOOK FROM THE KITCHEN
The incident occurred at around 08:30 in an apartment on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building located at 3316. Street, Ayniali Neighborhood. A dispute broke out for a reason not yet determined between Uğur Kabaağaç, who came to the house, and his mother Hülya Aktaş and his brother Hüseyin Kabaağaç. The argument quickly turned into a fight. Uğur Kabaağaç stabbed his mother and brother with a knife he took from the kitchen.
WHILE FLEEING, HE CALLED HIS SISTER AND CONFESSED
While fleeing, Uğur Kabaağaç called his sister by phone and said, "I killed my mother and brother." Upon his sister's report, numerous medical and police teams were dispatched to the address. In the check conducted by the medical team, it was determined that the mother and son had lost their lives.
The bodies of Hülya Aktaş and her son were taken to the morgue of the Manisa Merkezefendi State Hospital Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy. The fleeing Uğur Kabaağaç was caught, and an investigation into the incident was launched.
