The Ministry of Youth and Sports has announced the scholarship and student loan application results that higher education students have been eagerly awaiting. While Minister Osman Aşkın Bak announced that the results are accessible, it was stated that students entitled to receive a scholarship or loan must approve the commitment form via e-Devlet by 23:59 on Wednesday, November 11.
The results of the GSB scholarship and education loan applications provided by the General Directorate of Credits and Dormitories of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to provide financial support to higher education students have been announced. Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak announced on his social media account that the results have been announced.
LAST DAY NOVEMBER 11
Students who are entitled to receive a scholarship or education loan must complete their commitment procedures in order to benefit from the payments. Students will be able to approve their commitments via e-Government until 23:59 on Wednesday, November 11.
It is important that students who do not complete their procedures within the specified period do not miss the deadline so that they do not experience problems in their scholarship and loan processes.
ATTENTION STUDENTS UNDER 18
Parental approval is required for commitment procedures for students aged 15-18 who have earned the right to a scholarship or loan. The mother or father of these students must first give parental approval through their own e-Government accounts, and then the student must approve the commitment from their own account.
Students under the age of 15 or without parents may apply to the nearest provincial directorate of youth and sports or dormitory directorate together with their legal guardians. During these procedures, required documents such as an identity document and guardianship decision must be presented.
DEADLINE FOR THOSE STUDYING ABROAD IS DECEMBER 5
A different calendar will be applied for students receiving higher education abroad. These students must complete their commitment approval and surety bond procedures by 23:59 on Saturday, December 5.
Students abroad will also first approve their commitments via e-Government. Then, a surety bond must be arranged through notaries with a guarantor residing in Turkey.
HOW TO LEARN GSB SCHOLARSHIP AND LOAN RESULTS?
Students will be able to learn their scholarship and education loan application results by logging into the e-Government system. Students will be able to see whether they are entitled to receive a scholarship or loan on the results screen and can also carry out the necessary commitment procedures through the system.
