After the closure of the Memleket Party, Muharrem İnce, who returned to the CHP, gave a clear message about his political future at a program he attended in Balıkesir. Rejecting claims that he would move to the New Party, İnce said he would continue on his path with the CHP. İnce also targeted New Party deputy Cemal Enginyurt with harsh words, saying, 'Cemal, didn't you tour the squares in 2018 for Tayyip to win? Shameless man!'

Muharrem Ince, who returned to the CHP after the closure of the Memleket Party, of which he was the chairman, attended a program organized at his party's provincial headquarters in Balikesir. Addressing party members there, Ince both gave a message about his political future and made striking assessments regarding New Party Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt.

HE ANNOUNCED HIS DECISION: CHP OR NEW PARTY?

In his speech, touching on current political developments, Ince also clarified the claims that he would move to the New Party. Stating that he would continue his political journey under the roof of the CHP, Ince expressed that he had no intention of moving to another party.

HARSH REACTION TO ENGINYURT: DIDN'T YOU GO FROM SQUARE TO SQUARE SO TAYYIP WOULD WIN IN 2018?

During his speech, Ince also made a reference to Cemal Enginyurt, recalling the 2018 elections. Saying that Enginyurt had worked for the government to win the elections at that time, Ince used the expressions, “Hey Cemal, didn't you go from square to square in 2018 so Tayyip would win? Shameless man, you!”

Ince also noted that after Enginyurt's expulsion from the MHP, he engaged in politics within different political structures such as the Democrat Party, CHP, and New Party, and said, “You became a Democrat Party member, you became a CHP member, you became a New Party member. You have fit into every mold.”

"I RAN AWAY FROM HOME ONCE, I WILL NOT GO AGAIN"

Emphasizing that his political past and Enginyurt's political journey were not the same, Ince said he left the CHP for only one term. Ince said, “I did not go from party to party like you. I ran away from home once, then returned to my home, and I will not go anywhere again. I didn't go anywhere then either; I founded my own party.”

"FOUNDING A PARTY IS NOT LIKE PICKLING"

Also touching on the process of founding the Memleket Party, Ince stated that founding a party is not an easy job, saying, “I founded a party myself. Founding a party is not like pickling; it is a difficult task. It is a difficult task if you are going to found it with honest money.”
