The message "I will get this for you, king" that İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Hasan Toktaş wrote in the Provincial Chairmen's WhatsApp group about CHP Osmaniye Deputy Asu Kaya has become the center of reactions. Speaking for the first time about the inappropriate remarks, Kaya said, "I hope it doesn't turn out to be true. I am a woman from Çukurova. I also know how to do what is necessary in the appropriate manner and in the strongest way."
İYİ Party Organization Chairman and Bursa Deputy Hasan Toktaş shared a photo of CHP Osmaniye Deputy and Women's Branch Chair Asu Kaya with the note "I will get this for you, king" in the WhatsApp group used by his party's provincial chairmen for announcements.

After the screenshot of the message was leaked on social media, Toktaş faced backlash. Following this, Toktaş claimed that the images were fake and that a trap had been set for him, and he was removed from his position.

While the sexist messaging scandal in the İYİ Party shook the political scene, the mentioned CHP member Asu Kaya made her first statement. Kaya said, "Due to the social and political responsibility we carry, we will wait for the outcome of the investigation, but I hope this message is not real."

CHP Osmaniye Deputy Asu Kaya said the following regarding the scandalous message that surfaced in the public domain:
"Even if this gentleman is right in his claim, even if it is a trap, it is horrifying that a woman is involved in this. Of course, I will demand his resignation on behalf of all women in Turkey, but we must wait for the outcome of the investigation."
Kaya emphasized that such sexist attitudes are unacceptable on behalf of both her party and society. CHP member Asu Kaya broke her silence regarding the scandalous correspondence of İYİ Party's Toktaş! "I hope it doesn't turn out to be true."

In her statement, Kaya also highlighted her fighting spirit, using the following expressions:

STATEMENT FROM İYİ PARTY LEADER DERVİŞOĞLU
Following the exposure of the images in question, İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu stated, "As a demonstration of our sensitivity on this issue, until our relevant colleagues and the party's committees complete the necessary work, I will personally carry out the duties of the İYİ Party Organization Presidency as the General Chairman."
