A new development has occurred in the investigation into the death of singer Güllü. A criminal complaint was filed against the famous artist's son, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, on allegations of destroying or concealing evidence. In the complaint, the process of handing over security camera footage and the questions allegedly directed at artificial intelligence drew attention.
As debates continue over the investigation conducted after the death of singer Güllü, new allegations have been made about the artist's son, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter. In the criminal complaint filed by the lawyers of Güllü's sister, it was requested that certain digital recordings be examined and details alleged to be connected to the incident be investigated.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED ABOUT HER SON
The lawyers of Güllü's sister filed a criminal complaint against Tuğberk Yağız Gülter on allegations of destroying or concealing evidence. In the petition, it was alleged that a flash drive containing security camera footage related to the incident was handed over weeks later.
The lawyers requested that the process by which the recordings were handed over be investigated and the integrity of the digital evidence be examined.
QUESTIONS ALLEGEDLY ASKED TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DREW ATTENTION
Another detail stated to be included in the criminal complaint was the questions alleged to have been directed at an artificial intelligence application. It was claimed that Gülter asked questions such as "Can it be determined whether a video's audio has been manipulated?" and "Can past camera recordings be accessed?"
It was stated that these allegations are among the matters requested to be examined within the scope of the investigation.
NEW ALLEGATION REGARDING THE CAMERAS IN THE HOUSE
In the criminal complaint, it was alleged that before her death, Güllü had a security camera system installed in her home and that only she and her son could access the system. However, the petition also included the claim that some cameras in the house were not working.
While it was stated that there was a coded door system at the entrance to Güllü's bedroom, the information that Gülter entered the house through his neighbor's terrace after his mother's death also came to the agenda again.
HER FIANCÉ'S PHONE SIGNAL ALSO IN THE PETITION
The criminal complaint also included an allegation regarding Gülter's fiancée. It was claimed that his fiancée's mobile phone gave a signal from Yalova on the morning before Güllü lost her life.
As the investigation into Güllü's death continues, the accuracy of the allegations raised in the petition has not yet been established. Filing a criminal complaint does not mean that it has been proven that Gülter altered evidence or committed any crime.
