An unknown reason sparked an argument between the locals and foreign individuals sitting at a beachside establishment in Mersin. The argument escalated into a brawl with kicks and punches. Rakes, brooms, and chairs were flying through the air as those caught in the middle screamed and ran away.
In a beach in Mersin, a fight broke out between parties and turned the place into a battlefield. The dangerous tension was captured on the mobile phones of the surrounding citizens.
ATTACKED WITH A RAKE
The verbal argument between the parties escalated into a kicking and punching fight. The individuals involved didn't care about anything and threw and hit each other with whatever they could find. Rakes, brooms, and chairs were flying in the air, causing great fear.
In the midst of the chaos, people in between were screaming and running away, while a woman recorded the fight with her mobile phone camera and said, "Afghans have invaded here. Oh my god."
The foreigners eventually ran away, and the gathered citizens tried to catch them. With the intervention of others, the situation calmed down a bit. These images are all that remained from the dangerous tension.
