Meanwhile, it was reported that consecutive explosion sounds were heard in Shiraz, the central city of Fars province, during the night hours.

IRAN DESTROYS 202 MILITARY DRONES

Additionally, it was claimed that 202 military drones used in the attacks by the US and Israel were targeted by the Iranian air defense system.

The Fars News Agency, known for its closeness to the Revolutionary Guards, shared information on the subject from the account of the US-based X company's social media platform. So far, it has been claimed that 131 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) including MQ-9, Hermes 900, Hermes 450, Orbiter-4, and Lucas type have been shot down.

7 FIGHTER JETS TARGETED

It was reported that 56 missiles, including AGM-158 JASSM and Tomahawk cruise missiles, were hit, and 7 fighter jets of types F-15, F-16, F-18, and F-35 were claimed to be targeted by the air defense system. It was also claimed that 7 KC-135 type refueling aircraft and 1 helicopter were among the targeted military assets. No statement has yet been made by the US and Israel regarding these claims.

US-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN

Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28 while negotiations were ongoing between the Tehran and Washington administrations.
