In Istanbul's Zeytinburnu, the toll has worsened in the accident where an IETT bus went out of control and crashed into a residential complex wall after a moving car suddenly changed lanes. With another injured person dying in the hospital, the death toll in the accident has risen to 2.
The toll is increasing in the bus accident that occurred when a car suddenly changed lanes while traveling on the coastal road in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul.
DEATH TOLL RISES TO 2
The accident occurred on Kennedy Avenue. The IETT bus, which was heading towards Bakirkoy, crashed into the garden wall of a housing complex after the driver lost control of the steering wheel.
Upon reports from bystanders, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. In the medical checks, it was determined that 1 person lost their life and 17 people were injured, 2 of them seriously. However, with one of the injured succumbing to their injuries in the hospital, the death toll rose to 2.

Meanwhile, the moment of the accident was captured on security cameras. In the footage, the driver, who wanted to avoid hitting a car that was proceeding in front of the bus and made a sudden maneuver to turn right, lost control of the steering wheel, and the bus crashed into the garden wall of the housing complex.
