The Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office wrote to MASAK within the scope of the investigation it launched upon the complaint of the Diyarbakır Provincial Gendarmerie Command regarding the 'Şeytantepe' documentary. It was requested that the financial movements of 31 people be determined and reported to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES OF 31 PEOPLE
In the investigation conducted within the scope of disinformation activities considered to be carried out regarding the Narin Güran trial process and the charges of "publicly disseminating misleading information," it was requested that all financial activities of 31 people be determined and reported to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
NEW EVIDENCE AND FINDINGS TO BE OBTAINED MAY EXPAND THE INVESTIGATION
It was learned that the investigation is being conducted to determine the connections of the suspects, money movements, and the financial dimension of disinformation activities, and that the scope of the investigation and the number of people against whom proceedings will be initiated will be determined based on the new evidence and findings to be obtained.
