The referral document to court for Tolga Akış, manager of the Manifest group, who was arrested as part of the 'obscenity' investigation, has emerged. Akış stated that 60 percent of the group's management income was distributed equally among the members, while 40 percent was allocated to project expenses, and revealed that his own monthly income was 350,000 Turkish Lira.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the manager of the Manifest group, Tolga Akış, was detained on August 28. Akış was arrested and sent to prison yesterday evening within the scope of the investigation.
REFERRAL DOCUMENT REVEALED
In the document regarding Akış's referral to court with a request for his arrest, it was stated that the charge was "disseminating obscenity." It was noted that within the scope of this crime, publishing obscene images, writings, or words through press and broadcast media, or mediating the publication of such content, is subject to punishment.
HOW ARE THE EARNINGS OF MANIFEST MEMBERS SHARED?
In Akış's statement included in the investigation file, it was seen that he also responded to some allegations reflected in the public. Providing information about the sharing of management income between the Manifest group and the company, Akış stated that 60 percent of the income obtained was distributed equally among the group members, and the 40 percent portion was used for company expenses related to the Manifest project.
CLAIM OF "RESTRICTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS"
Akış argued that the news claiming group members were banned from meeting with other people did not reflect the truth.
Addressing the claim that group members could not make advertising-content posts independently through their personal social media accounts, Akış said this claim was partially true.
Stating that this restriction was imposed to protect the project, Akış conveyed that in case of acting contrary to the contract, there is a penalty clause determined based on the earnings of group members.
"THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO VACATION TOGETHER"
Akış also denied the claim that Manifest members were forced to spend their vacations with him.
Stating that the photos and images reflected in the press were taken during a one-day vacation attended collectively by the group approximately 1.5 years ago, Akış said this claim was not true.
Akış also rejected the claim that Manifest members were forced to take the stage despite being sick due to pressure, arguing that these news items did not reflect the truth.

According to what Çağdaş Evren reported, Tolga Akış also provided information about his own income in his statement given within the scope of the investigation. Akış stated that his monthly income was 350 thousand TL.
