The Istanbul Member of Parliament for the New Welfare Party, Doğan Bekin, submitted two separate parliamentary questions to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, requesting responses from the Minister of Family and Social Services, Göktaş, and the Minister of Interior, Yerlikaya, regarding the Epstein files. In Bekin's proposal, it was stated, "If there are individuals in Turkey who have participated in this perversion, depravity, and brutality, they must be identified as soon as possible and held accountable before justice."

Doğan Bekin, a member of the Istanbul Parliament from the New Welfare Party, included the following questions in the proposal he submitted to the Parliament regarding the Epstein case: "Are there any children among our victims due to the Epstein crime syndicate? Has your Ministry conducted the necessary inspections in schools and orphanages to identify them?"

In the proposal submitted by Bekin, requesting a response from the Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, the following statements were included:

"As is known, Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of establishing a network for the sexual exploitation and prostitution of underage girls in the USA, was found dead in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York, on August 10, 2019. His death and the millions of documents released afterward have caused a significant stir worldwide. These documents that have come to light reveal Epstein's close ties with wealthy, influential, rich, and well-known individuals in many fields, from the economy to politics, and from culture and art to information technology."

"ARE THERE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THIS DEVIANCE IN TURKEY?"

A few days ago, the U.S. Department of Justice shared three million new documents related to Epstein, who is at the head of an international sexual exploitation, prostitution, and human trafficking network, with the public. Claims have emerged that Turkey is also involved in these documents, which reveal new details every day. While the documents contain striking details about the globally organized crime network, allegations have surfaced regarding the abduction of children from Turkey. The claims that children in Turkey could also be targets of this network are serious allegations that need to be thoroughly investigated. The released documents and the allegations raised clearly indicate that all claims regarding the issue should be carefully examined from both local and international investigation perspectives. All claims related to the issue must be investigated by the relevant authorities without delay in all aspects. If there are individuals in Turkey who have participated in this deviance, depravity, and brutality, they should be identified as soon as possible and held accountable before justice."

"HOW MANY OF THE CHILDREN MISSING BETWEEN 2008-2016 HAVE BEEN LOCATED?"

The questions included in Bekin's proposal are as follows:

"Has your Ministry initiated an investigation regarding the claims that there are connections between the Epstein case and Turkey, and that children from Turkey have fallen into the network of this crime syndicate? How many of our children have gone missing between 2020-2025? How many of these children have been located? According to the judicial statistics data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), after the statements indicating that 104,531 children went missing between 2008-2016, how many of the children missing during these years have been located? Are there any children among our victims due to the Epstein crime syndicate? Has your Ministry conducted the necessary inspections in schools and orphanages to identify them?"

"HAS EPSTEIN BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANY POLITICIAN OR ADMINISTRATOR IN TURKEY?"

In the proposal submitted by Bekin, requesting a response from the Minister of Interior, Ali Yerlikaya, he posed the following questions:

"Have the necessary investigations been initiated by your institutions regarding the Turkish aspect of the allegations related to the ongoing Epstein scandal? Has Epstein or any person(s) connected to Epstein entered or exited Turkey during this process? If entries and exits have occurred, have the individuals they connected with been identified? Has Epstein been in contact with any politicians, administrators, or individuals in high-level positions in state institutions in Turkey? Has any donation been made to any institution in Turkey from the funds managed by Epstein? If so, has an investigation been initiated regarding these institutions? In line with the allegations that Epstein has gathered intelligence through the networks he established in countries, has there been any information leak from Turkey? If so, have these important leaked information been accessed?"
