In Russia's Taganrog Bay, 4 ships were attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles, resulting in the death of one sailor. A tanker carrying methanol was damaged, but there is no risk of leakage. More than 15 UAVs were destroyed in the attack.

It was reported that 4 ships were attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in Russia's Taganrog Bay, and a sailor lost his life.

4 SHIPS HIT: 1 SAILOR DEAD

Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar stated in a written statement that 4 ships were subjected to a UAV attack in Taganrog Bay.

Slyusar noted that one of the attacked ships was a tanker carrying methanol, and that a sailor working on the ship also died.

Slyusar expressed that damage occurred to the ships and shared information that there is no risk of methanol leakage.

15 UAVS DESTROYED IN THE ATTACK

Slyusar reported that more than 15 UAVs were destroyed during the attack, and announced that the city of Taganrog and the Azov and Neklinovskiy districts were also attacked.

Taganrog Bay is located in the northeast of the Sea of Azov, off the coast of Russia's Rostov region.
