HOW WAS THE LIST COMPILED?
This special list prepared by The Sunday Times is based on the estimated wealth of individuals aged 40 and under as of May 1, 2025. Wealth calculations take into account real estate, land, artworks, racehorses, and large shares in publicly traded companies. However, bank accounts are not included. Robert Watts, who prepared the list, notes that the majority of this year's names have built their wealth from scratch and that many did not receive a university education. Watts emphasized that these success stories are inspiring for young people and entrepreneurs.
