SNOW BLOCKS EDUCATION IN 9 PROVINCES

Due to the heavy snowfall across Turkey, education has been suspended for 1 day in the provinces of Kayseri, Ordu, Bayburt, Bingöl, Erzincan, Sivas, Hakkari, Aksaray, and in the Sason district of Batman.

ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE FOR PERSONNEL WITH DISABILITIES AND PREGNANT EMPLOYEES

In a statement made by the governorships and provincial directorates of national education, it was reported that education was suspended for 1 day to prevent potential negative impacts due to weather conditions. The statements also indicated that public officials with disabilities and pregnant employees in the provinces and districts where education is suspended will also be considered on administrative leave for the same day.
