During the Asian Champions League match between Iranian representative Esteghlal and Qatari team Al Shamal, broadcast on Iranian state television, a noteworthy text appeared in the lower part of the screen.
While the match continued, the message in Persian reading "We will kill Trump" was displayed on screen for a while.
A GIANT BANNER WAS ALSO HUNG IN CENTRAL TEHRAN
Meanwhile, a similar threat also appeared on a giant banner hung in Enghelab Square in Iran's capital, Tehran.
On the banner, in which US President Donald Trump was depicted representationally behind iron bars, the words "We will kill Trump" were written in English and Persian.

Meanwhile, in another image said to have been published in Iranian state media, US President Donald Trump, US Vice President JD Vance, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff were depicted in a composition in flames with US and Israeli flags behind them.
The banner included the phrase "We will kill Trump" in English and Persian.
CALL FOR DEMONSTRATIONS IN TEHRAN
The banner also included a call to participate in demonstrations to be held on the occasion of 13 Aban.
November 4, corresponding to 13 Aban in the Solar Hijri calendar, is the anniversary of the occupation of the US Embassy in Tehran in 1979. Anti-US demonstrations are held in the country every year on this date.
The banner also included an announcement of the event to be held at 14:00 in Enghelab Square in Tehran.
