In a statement made on the TFF's website, it was noted that Dursun Özbek was referred to the committee due to statements aimed at undermining the reputation of football. Additionally, Galatasaray was referred to the PFDK due to on-field incidents and the failure to keep stairwell spaces clear.

PFDK'S STATEMENT

The statement from the Professional Football Discipline Committee is as follows;

Due to the "on-field incidents" in the match between ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR and GALATASARAY A.Ş. played on 17.01.2025 in the Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season, and pursuant to Article 52 of the Football Discipline Regulation, and due to the "failure to keep stairwell spaces clear" pursuant to Article 49 of the Football Discipline Regulation, and due to the "statements aimed at undermining the reputation of football" in the post made on the club's social media (X) account on 18.01.2025, the club has been referred to the PFDK pursuant to Article 38 of the Football Discipline Regulation.

It has been decided to refer GALATASARAY A.Ş. Club President DURSUN AYDIN ÖZBEK to the PFDK without precaution due to the "statements aimed at undermining the reputation of football" in the post made on the club's social media (X) account on 18.01.2025, pursuant to Article 38 of the Football Discipline Regulation.
