72-year-old Muzaffer Canpolat was seriously injured after falling from the balcony of his fourth-floor apartment in Kuşadası. Health teams arriving at the scene revived the elderly man, whose heart had stopped, through intervention. Canpolat, who was taken to the hospital for treatment and was reportedly undergoing long-term cancer treatment, could not be saved despite all efforts by doctors.
In the incident that occurred in Kuşadası district of Aydın, 72-year-old Muzaffer Canpolat was seriously injured after falling from the balcony of the 4th floor of the apartment he was living in.
The incident took place on Kemal Arıkan Street in Camikebir neighborhood around 21:00. According to claims, Canpolat lost his balance for an unknown reason while on his balcony and fell from a height of several meters to the ground.
HIS HEART STOPPED, TEAMS BROUGHT HIM BACK TO LIFE
Citizens in the vicinity who saw the elderly man fall to the ground reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.
In the initial examination by health teams, it was determined that Muzaffer Canpolat's heart had stopped. Canpolat was taken into the ambulance and underwent prolonged cardiac massage. The elderly man, brought back to life after the teams' intensive intervention, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
HE LOST HIS LIFE FIGHT IN THE HOSPITAL
Muzaffer Canpolat, who was taken under treatment and whose life threat continued, could not be saved despite all the interventions of the doctors. Meanwhile, it was learned that Canpolat had been undergoing cancer treatment for a long time. The investigation initiated into the incident continues.
