President Erdogan, who attended the July 15 Commemoration Ceremony at the Turkish Grand National Assembly, was seen unable to hold back his tears while watching the clip published about that night when he stood up for the nation's will.
A special ceremony was held at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) within the scope of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day commemoration events. During the ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the special clip shown about that dark night brought emotional moments to those in the hall, and President Erdoğan could not hold back his tears.
THE TOP OF THE STATE MET AT THE PARLIAMENT
On the anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt by the Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ), a commemoration ceremony was held under the roof of the "Gazi Parliament." President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who came to the Parliament for the ceremony, was officially welcomed by TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş. Erdoğan saluted the ceremony squad in front of the Parliament's honor gate, then proceeded to the hall where the commemoration program would be held and greeted the guests.

During the ceremony, a special video clip was shown depicting the heroic resistance of the nation against tanks and weapons on the night of July 15, 2016, and their defense of their will. As the struggle of the martyrs and veterans who risked their lives against the treacherous uprising was displayed on the screens, a very emotional atmosphere prevailed in the hall. President Erdoğan was also observed to be deeply moved and unable to hold back his tears while watching the clip that refreshed the memories of that historic night.
