French modeling agency owner Daniel Siad, a business associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead at his home near Paris. An investigation has been launched into the death of Siad, who was under investigation for human trafficking and rape. Siad was accused of supplying models to Epstein through his agency.

Daniel Siad, the owner of a French modeling agency who was once closely involved with convicted sexual abuser and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead near Paris on Monday evening.
FOUND DEAD AT HOME
In a statement from the Nanterre Prosecutor's Office, it was announced that an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of death after Siad's body was found at his home in Colombes, near Paris. The prosecutor's office announced that the body would be sent for an autopsy.
HE SUPPLIED MODELS FOR EPSTEIN
Siad, 69, who had been reported for complaints including rape, was under investigation in Paris on human trafficking charges. Siad, whose name appears approximately 2,000 times in Epstein's files, is described in those documents as someone who supplied young girls to Epstein for payment.
Siad, who had not given a statement regarding the investigations against him, had stated that he wanted to be heard and explain his own perspective on the accusations.
ANOTHER MODELING AGENCY OWNER ALSO FOUND DEAD
In 2020, French authorities arrested another modeling agency owner, Jean-Luc Brunel, who was accused of abusing minors. Frenchman Brunel, a business partner of Jeffrey Epstein accused of organizing the transportation and accommodation of young women for Epstein, was also found dead in his prison cell in 2022.
It is alleged that Epstein, a U.S. investor with connections extending to the highest circles of politics and finance, abused over a thousand children and young women, some of whom he provided to well-known individuals.
Epstein was convicted in 2008 for soliciting a minor for prostitution and was rearrested in 2019 on suspicion of sexually abusing minors. While awaiting trial, Epstein was found dead in his New York prison cell, and his death was ruled a suicide.
