According to a statement from the Presidency's Communications Directorate, the meeting addressed Turkey-Russia bilateral relations and comprehensive peace efforts in the Ukraine-Russia War. Erdoğan emphasized once again that Turkey will continue to support peace efforts.

The statement noted that all current issues, including the European Union's decision to freeze funds against Russia, were thoroughly evaluated during the meeting. Erdoğan highlighted the importance of efforts to end the war with a fair and lasting peace, stating that a limited ceasefire, particularly regarding energy facilities and ports, could be beneficial.

The President also expressed that Turkey closely follows the negotiation processes and can host talks in any diplomatic format within this scope.

The meeting also addressed the latest situation in Palestine and Syria, as well as the peace process in the South Caucasus.
