At the Fenerbahçe Extraordinary General Assembly with elections, congress member Gizem Özcan made very, very harsh criticisms of Aziz Yıldırım. Özcan's words, "You tell Hakan Safi to come and run for office after 1 year—do you want Hakan Safi to pay off the debts you will leave behind this time?" left a mark on the assembly.
At the extraordinary elective general assembly of Fenerbahçe, congress member Gizem Özcan's remarks targeting Aziz Yıldırım made headlines. Taking the stage, Özcan made striking evaluations about Yıldırım's presidency and the election process.
"YOU ARE HERE AGAIN"
Starting her speech by addressing Aziz Yıldırım, Gizem Özcan said, "It's over Ali, it's over, I have no chance to do anything for Fenerbahçe anymore, you said, yet you are here again, welcome Mr. Aziz Yıldırım." Özcan argued that Yıldırım is running again not to avoid upsetting children, but to avoid upsetting "his friends."
"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN FOR 8 YEARS?"
In the most striking part of her speech, Özcan criticized Aziz Yıldırım's attitude in recent years, stating, "Today, Mr. Aziz Yıldırım says let's unite with Mr. Ali Koç and Mr. Hakan Safi. Where have you been for 8 years, Mr. Aziz Yıldırım?"

Gizem Özcan claimed that Aziz Yıldırım paved the way for certain individuals to take active roles in the club again. Özcan also directed criticism through Nihat Özdemir and Tahir Kıran in her speech.
THANKED ALİ KOÇ AND SADETTİN SARAN
Continuing her speech, Özcan thanked former president Ali Koç and the Sadettin Saran administration, stating that Ali Koç continued to support the club even after his presidency. Özcan also said, "I especially thank Mr. Aziz Yıldırım for showing us how a former president should be, something we did not see from him."
CALL FOR SUPPORT FOR HAKAN SAFİ
At the end of her speech, congress member Özcan asked members to support Hakan Safi. Criticizing Aziz Yıldırım's election promises, Özcan argued that Safi should be chosen for the future of the club.
