CAR FLIPPED OVER
The accident occurred at the Geygikler Bridge location between the Alcı and Karaismailler neighborhoods in the Acıpayam district. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 20 EG 746, driven by Ali Yırtıcı (60), went out of control and flipped over after the driver lost control of the steering wheel on the road that had become slippery due to rain.
FATHER DIED, DAUGHTER INJURED
Upon the notification of those who saw the accident to the 112 Emergency Call Center, health, fire brigade, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. In the examination conducted by the health teams, it was determined that the driver Ali Yırtıcı had died at the scene. The driver's 13-year-old daughter, Zeynep Yırtıcı, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was extracted from the car by the fire brigade teams and handed over to the health teams. The injured person, whose first intervention was performed at the scene, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Ali Yırtıcı, who lost his life at the scene, was taken to the forensic medicine institute morgue for an autopsy. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
