''HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BREAK THE RECORD''

Regarding the yellow-red football team winning its 4th consecutive championship in the Super League, Fatih Terim said, "I have said what I had to say about the championship. Hopefully, they will break the record as well. I said it a long time ago. You know, records are meant to be broken. Hopefully, they will achieve that too. I support them wholeheartedly. My heart is with them. Therefore, like fans in both Turkey and Europe, I am expecting great successes."

Discussion on Foreign Player Rule

''I AM NOT IN FAVOR OF BANS''

Speaking about the foreign player rule to be implemented in the new season of the Super League, Terim stated, "If possible, I am not in favor of bans. The most correct application is the one that benefits the clubs and serves Turkish football. I had said it back then too. 14 Turks were mandatory. Not 14 foreigners; foreigners were unrestricted, you could sign as many as you wanted. In the world we live in today, where everything is changing, transforming, and renewing, we should not delay too much in these matters. A correct decision must be made, and then it must be pursued. The Turkish Football Federation is already capable of doing this. They can sit down and talk with the clubs, and the rules will be discussed accordingly. I don't see it as a very problematic situation."
