Fenerbahçe Presidential Candidate Hakan Safi made striking statements regarding the head coach and transfer efforts at a press conference held at Faruk Ilgaz Facilities.

Stating that head coach discussions are ongoing, Hakan Safi emphasized the importance of a coach familiar with the Süper Lig. Safi said, "Our discussions for the head coach continue. A coach who knows the Turkish League can lead Fenerbahçe to the championship. A coach who knows this environment is important, the fixture is important. We are following everything carefully. We will announce the head coach before the election."
