Citizens wanting to spend the Eid al-Adha holiday in Bodrum flocked to the district. With 20,000 vehicles entering Bodrum in the last 24 hours, long vehicle queues formed on the main roads, while police and gendarmerie teams increased traffic controls. The density was particularly noticeable at the Gümbet, Bitez, and Ortakent junctions.
