Chobani founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya made statements about Fenerbahçe sponsorship, the World Cup atmosphere, and the Turkish National Football Team. Following the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches, Ulukaya said that the sponsorship agreement with Fenerbahçe is very special to him.
"FENERBAHÇE REINTRODUCED ME TO MY HOMELAND"
Stating that the Fenerbahçe sponsorship carries an emotional meaning for him, Ulukaya said, "When I see the Chobani name in the stadium, my heart aches. Fenerbahçe is a gift I gave to my childhood." Ulukaya added, "I returned to Turkey with Fenerbahçe. Fenerbahçe reintroduced me to my homeland."

Ulukaya noted that he spoke with Aziz Yıldırım, who took the presidential seat at Fenerbahçe, after the election, and said he will visit Chobani Stadium when he comes to Istanbul.
Ulukaya stated, "We are Fenerbahçe's sponsor. I am a fan, and whoever Fenerbahçe chooses, we support them. Our support for Fenerbahçe is unconditional."
