After the famous artist's death, closed chapters were reopened. Ferdi Tayfur, who was in a legal dispute due to the film "Berlin Kaplanı," lost the case in 2017 and expressed his resentment towards Ata Demirer on almost every platform, had stated that he would never forgive the famous comedian.

While almost the entire art community was plunged into mourning and published condolence messages for Ferdi Tayfur, who passed away in the hospital where he was receiving treatment last night, Ata Demirer chose to maintain his silence until this hour.

HOW DID THE PROCESS DEVELOP?

The process that brought the two against each other unfolded as follows; Tayfur and Demirer were guests on the same program in 2009. During the broadcast, Ferdi Tayfur mentioned the film project "Lambalı Saz" and offered the lead role to Demirer. Ata Demirer, on the other hand, asked the artist to send him the script.

"HE MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED QUOTE"

Three years later, Demirer released the movie "Berlin Kaplanı." Following this, Ferdi Tayfur filed a lawsuit, stating, "He made an unauthorized quote from the script I sent." The famous comedian denied the allegation, saying that Tayfur's script had not reached him. In the case, the court found Demirer justified. The judge ruled that the script of "Berlin Kaplanı" belonged to Demirer and that Tayfur had no rights over the film. Ferdi Tayfur had expressed in a program that he was saddened and suffered a stroke due to the film "Berlin Kaplanı" being shot by quoting from his own script.
