SPARK FROM THE STOVE CAUSED THE FIRE
The fire broke out around 7:30 PM in a small livestock and poultry farm owned by Raşit Paşa in the rural Süpürtü neighborhood of İnegöl. According to claims, the fire started due to a spark from the stove used to heat the poultry, quickly spreading to the farm.
580 ANIMALS PERISHED
Upon receiving reports from citizens who saw the flames, a large number of gendarmerie, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. While the fire brigade intervened in the fire, after approximately 1 hour of work, the flames were brought under control and extinguished. During the fire, about 100 small livestock and 1 large livestock were rescued, while 250 chickens, 150 chicks, and 180 geese perished.
As a result of the fire, the farm became unusable, and an investigation was initiated to determine the cause of the fire.
