The cancellation of CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress by a court decision and the ruling of absolute nullity has stirred the main opposition. While Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu announced that he would accept the duty, a striking statement came from former CHP Youth Wing Chair Gençosman Killik. Killik, stating that he stands with Özgür Özel, said, 'I stand by our Chair Özgür Özel and the will of the congress. In the event of a possible reversal, I also do not accept the position of Youth Wing Chair.'
The annulment of CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress by the court, ruling it "absolutely void," has led to a major crisis in the main opposition party. SUPPORT FOR ÖZGÜR ÖZEL FROM FORMER YOUTH COUNCIL HEAD
Former CHP Youth Council Head Gençosman Killik, joining the discussions, gave clear support to Özgür Özel. Killik stated that if the court's decision leads to a return to the past, he would not accept his former position.

In his statement, Killik said: "It is not the palace's courts that decide who will govern CHP, but CHP's members. The Chairman of CHP is elected, not appointed. I stand by our Chairman Özgür Özel and the will of the congress. In the event of a possible reversal, I also do not accept the role of Youth Council Head."
