The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals has ruled 'absolute nullity' in the CHP congress case. According to the decision, current Chairman Özgür Özel and his administration are temporarily suspended from duty, while former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration will be reinstated.
