A statement has been made by the famous comedian Hasan Can Kaya, who was detained as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and was released after completing his procedures at the gendarmerie following the blood and hair samples he provided at the Forensic Medicine Institution. Kaya, who stated that he has never even smoked in his life, said, "I am sure that the forensic test results will be negative and will confirm my innocence."

The drug investigation conducted by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Terror and Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau is ongoing.

11 PEOPLE RELEASED

A decision was made regarding 11 suspects who were detained on charges of 'possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use', 'facilitating drug use', and 'providing places and means for drug use' as part of the investigation.

Accordingly, famous comedian Hasan Can Kaya, as well as rappers Reynmen and Emirhan Çakal, along with Mazlum Aktürk, Mert Eren Bülbül, Sıla Dündar, Döndü Şahin, Burak Güngör, Ahmet Can Dündar, Berkcan Güven, and Fırat Yayla were released after their statements taken by the gendarmerie.

FIRST STATEMENT FROM HASAN CAN KAYA: I HAVEN'T EVEN USED CIGARETTES

Meanwhile, a statement came from the released Hasan Can Kaya. In a post on his social media account, Kaya stated that he has never used even cigarettes throughout his life and expressed confidence that the test results from the Forensic Medicine would be negative and would confirm his innocence.

Kaya included the following statements in his post: "First of all, thank you for your curiosity, love, and beautiful messages. I have never used any prohibited substances, not even cigarettes, and I have not been in such environments. I am confident that the Forensic Medicine test results will be negative and will confirm my innocence. No criminal elements were found during the search conducted at my residence as part of the investigation. The process is proceeding entirely within the legal framework and in cooperation with the relevant authorities. I kindly ask that you do not pay attention to false and unverified shares, and that comments made outside of official statements are not taken into account. I love you all very much."

WHAT HAPPENED?

As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, searches and detentions were carried out in Istanbul, Ankara, Muğla, and Yalova. Among those detained were comedian Hasan Can Kaya, rappers Reynmen and Çakal, as well as Mazlum Aktürk, Mert Eren Bülbül, Sıla Dündar, Döndü Şahin, Burak Güngör, Ahmet Can Dündar, Berkcan Güven, and Fırat Yayla.

The suspects, who were taken to Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital for a health check, were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK) for blood and hair samples to be collected.

Additionally, a detention order was issued for 9 suspects who were abroad. These individuals included Enes Batur Sungurtekin, Barış Murat Yağcı, Ecenaz Üçer, Kemal Can Parlak, Çağrı Taner, Turgut Ekim, Barbaros Dikmen, Yaren Alaca, and Nisa Bölükbaşı.

It was also noted that another suspect, İbrahim Tilaver, for whom a detention order was issued, would be detained after his treatment at the hospital, and that Eray Durmuş was also being sought.
