In the voting held in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, 5 new members were elected to the Council of Judges and Prosecutors.

In the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), elections were held for 5 vacant positions in the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK). In the second round of voting, 363 members of parliament cast their votes, and there were no blank or invalid votes.
5 HSK MEMBERS DETERMINED BY LOTTERY METHOD
In the second round of voting, no candidate received the 3/5 majority of the total number of members as stipulated in the Constitution, which is 360 votes from members of parliament. Therefore, the HSK members were determined by the lottery method between the 2 candidates who received the highest votes, as conducted by the Speaker of the TBMM, Numan Kurtulmuş.
HERE ARE THE NEW HSK MEMBERS
Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Hakan Yüksel, Seyfi Han, Cengiz Aydemir, and Alişan Tiryaki were elected as the new members of the HSK.
