A forest fire has broken out once again in the Aliağa district of İzmir. The fire, which is believed to have started from trash that was set on fire without permission by an individual, has spread to the forested area due to the wind. Both aerial and ground interventions are being made to combat the fire.

THE FIRE IN A PLASTIC FACTORY IN BURSA HAS BEEN EXTINGUISHED
A fire broke out for an undetermined reason in a plastic and recycling factory located in the Ekşikara area of Orta Neighborhood in Mustafakemalpaşa district of Bursa. The smoke reached as far as Susurluk and Kepsut districts of Balıkesir. The fire was extinguished with the support of firefighting teams from Balıkesir. Cooling efforts at the scene are ongoing.
