Former Minister of Justice Tunç's father-in-law, Kemalettin Şahin, passed away at the age of 88. Şahin was laid to rest after the funeral prayer held following the afternoon prayer at the İbrahim Hakkı Erzurumi Mosque in Pendik, Istanbul.
The funeral prayer for Kemalettin Şahin, the 88-year-old father-in-law of former Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç who passed away, was held at the Ibrahim Hakki Erzurumi Mosque in Istanbul's Pendik district after the afternoon prayer.
LAID TO REST WITH PRAYERS
The funeral ceremony and condolences were attended by Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, AK Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Abdullah Özdemir, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Suleyman Soylu, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Şamil Ayrım, AK Party Erzurum Deputy Selami Altınok, Pendik Mayor Ahmet Cin, Ümraniye Mayor İsmet Yıldırım, Esenler Mayor Tevfik Göksu, along with many figures from the political world and civil society organizations.
After the funeral prayer, Kemalettin Şahin's body was laid to rest in the family cemetery with prayers.
