The incident occurred on Cerrahoğlu 4th Street in the Liseler Neighborhood of Ünye district. People nearby noticed that the person in the driver's seat of the parked car with license plate 16 FY 207 had not moved for a long time and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
