WIDESPREAD ACCESS PROBLEM IN TURKEY
Today, not only on X but also on some websites, access difficulties were experienced. Users reported disruptions in operations such as opening pages, viewing, and messaging on social media.
WHAT IS CLOUDFLARE?
Cloudflare, Inc. is a US-based technology company that provides content delivery network, DDoS protection, internet security, and domain name server services. Aiming to ensure site security on a national scale, the widely used Cloudflare translates domain names into IP addresses. It routes traffic through the fastest network paths using intelligent routing algorithms. This way, it ensures that users receive content from the nearest server.
During the crash on Tuesday, users received a message on the websites they visited stating "There is an internal server error on the Cloudflare network." The message says, "Please try again in a few minutes." Some websites open briefly and then close again.
As of 3:30 PM Turkey time, it is claimed that the issue has been resolved, but user complaints continue.
