Governor Çiçek thanked the philanthropic businesspeople who provided great support in bringing the center to life. In his speech, Çiçek, who experienced emotional moments, stated, "This struggle will continue with an oath. We will continue to fight against drugs tirelessly and without getting weary, so that mothers do not cry," he expressed.

Mehmet Çifçi, the President of the Green Crescent Kayseri Branch, who spoke at the launch, shared the technical details of the center. Çifçi announced that the center will start providing services in March, stating that 40 individuals can be rehabilitated simultaneously in the first phase.
DEV CENTER WITH 17,200 SQUARE METERS
The center, which has a total of 9,200 square meters of indoor and 8,000 square meters of outdoor space, is designed to support the physical, psychological, and vocational development of individuals with addiction. The center includes the following units:
• Interview Rooms: 6 units
• Group Therapy Rooms: 2 units
• Training Hall: 1 unit
• Sports Hall: 2 units
• Library: 4 units
• Open Sports Area: 4 units
• Vocational Workshops: Gastronomy, Technical, Computer, Agriculture, Barber, Textile
• Hobby Workshops: Painting, Ceramics, Music, Simple Repair, Hand Sewing
COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION PROCESS
The center will serve males over the age of 15 who have completed detoxification treatment and have alcohol and substance use disorders, as well as females over the age of 18, with a total capacity of 40 beds. The center will operate with a team of approximately 70 specialists, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, social service experts, nurses, and trainers.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
During the rehabilitation process, individuals will be encouraged to continue their education, and vocational training will be certified with internship opportunities provided. Governor Gökmen Çiçek stated that the center will be an example in the fight against addiction not only for Kayseri but for the entire Turkey, concluding his remarks with: "This struggle is a humanitarian duty. We are sending a strong message from Kayseri; mothers will not cry, our youth will be rescued from this quagmire."
