In the investigation into the Ahbap Association, Haluk Levent's answers to the prosecutor's questions caused confusion. Despite allegations of betting with hundreds of millions of lira and the incredible flow of money in the accounts of his assistant and brother, he stated that he has neither a house nor a car.

New details have emerged from the statement of singer Haluk Levent, who was detained as part of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association and was referred to the courthouse today along with 22 suspects.

Despite hundreds of millions of lira in money movements in the accounts of both his assistant and his brother, Haluk Levent's remark to the prosecutor that he has no registered real estate or vehicles drew attention.

"I HAVE NOTHING REGISTERED IN MY NAME"

Haluk Levent responded to the prosecutor's question, "Declare the real estate, vehicles, and other assets registered in your name," with, "I have nothing registered in my name."

When asked to declare any real estate, vehicles, or other assets that he owns or uses but are not registered in his name, Levent stated that he does not own or use any such assets that are not registered in his name.

HE ALSO DOESN'T REMEMBER THE NUMBERS OF THE PHONES WHOSE PASSWORDS HE DIDN'T GIVE

Haluk Levent, who had 4 mobile phones on him when he was detained, did not provide the passwords for these phones to the police.

During the prosecutor's interrogation, when asked about the phone numbers he used, whether registered in his own name or someone else's, Levent said he did not remember any of the phone numbers registered in his name.

HE ALSO DIDN'T REMEMBER THE PLACES HE HAD WORKED UNTIL NOW

When asked where he had worked, with or without social security, Haluk Levent replied to the prosecutor's question, "I don't remember any of them right now." Levent said he worked as a salaried employee for a few years in Adana in 1998, but then started his music career and has not worked as a salaried employee anywhere since.

HE WAS ASKED ABOUT THE COMPANIES HE IS A PARTNER IN

The prosecutor asked Haluk Levent if he had any companies or workplaces registered in his name and requested him to explain their activities if any.

Haluk Levent responded, "I am an unofficial partner in a company named Risus Organizasyon Ltd. Şti. Officially, the owner is a person named Zafer Yay. I have not earned any income yet as it has not turned a profit. This company operates in the fields of organization and music. I have no other companies or workplaces that I own, am a partner in, manage, or am an unofficial owner/partner of."

HE MANAGES HIS ASSISTANT'S ACCOUNT HIMSELF

When asked about bank accounts, credit cards, and stock market instruments, Levent stated that he manages the accounts registered in his assistant Yeliz Kaya's name at Vakıfbank and Halkbank, that the money he earns from concerts is deposited into these accounts, and that he uses the money himself. Haluk Levent said he has accounts in stock brokerage firms registered under Zafer Yay, stated that he once had a credit card from Halkbank registered in his name but it is currently closed, and declared that he does not use credit cards.

When questioned about the Ahbap Association, of which he is the founder and president, Haluk Levent said that no checks were issued on behalf of the association's employees, that promissory notes were given to other organizations in exchange for property purchases in 2026, and that transfers for the properties would be made in November 2026, but he would explain the details in court.

4.3 BILLION TL IN DONATIONS DURING THE EARTHQUAKE PERIOD

In his statement, Levent also disclosed how much aid was collected in domestic and international accounts through the Ahbap Association's relief campaigns.

Haluk Levent stated that during the February 6 earthquakes in 2023, 4 billion 3 million lira in donations were received for the Ahbap Association.
