Within the scope of the major investigation, in which 27 people including singer Haluk Levent and Oğuzhan Uğur have been arrested, access to Levent's social media account, which has over 9 million followers, has been blocked.

MILLION-FOLLOWER ACCOUNT CLOSED
A new judicial decision has been implemented regarding Haluk Levent, who was arrested in the investigation into the Ahbap Association. Following the access restriction order for his social media account during the investigation, users trying to access Levent's official account on the X platform (formerly Twitter), which has over 9 million followers, encounter the warning "Account access blocked."
BACKGROUND OF THE INVESTIGATION AND SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS
In the investigation coordinated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, suspects are facing charges of "establishing an organization to commit a crime," "money laundering," "violation of the Tax Procedure Law," and "violation of the Associations Law."
MASAK REPORT AND TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE FINDINGS
Striking details have emerged from the prepared MASAK reports, account transactions, and technical and physical surveillance efforts. The examinations revealed:
- Suspicious high-value money movements inconsistent with the financial profiles of the suspects,
- Large-scale fund transfers among themselves,
- Transferring significant amounts to gambling accounts and placing bets, resulting in major financial losses,
- Conducting multiple chain property title transfers in a short period.
WAVE-BY-WAVE OPERATIONS
Throughout the investigation, simultaneous operations were carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command and police teams in multiple provinces, notably Istanbul, Izmir, Kocaeli, and Mugla.
- First Wave: On July 12, 17 suspects, including Haluk Levent, were detained. In ongoing efforts, 9 more individuals were apprehended. Of the 25 individuals referred to the courthouse, 14 suspects, including Haluk Levent, were arrested, and judicial control measures were imposed on 11 suspects.
- Gendarmerie Operation: In an operation conducted across 4 provinces, 12 of the 17 detained suspects were referred to the courthouse; 4 were arrested while 8 were released under judicial control.
- Latest Detentions: In the latest operation, based on allegations that donations collected on behalf of the Ahbap Association were transferred to the personal accounts of suspects, 9 more suspects, including Oğuzhan Uğur, were arrested.
With these steps, the total number of detainees in the investigation has risen to 27, and a decision to seize the assets of the association and some suspects named in the investigation has been implemented. The investigation continues in multiple directions.
