A response has come from Haluk Levent's side regarding the claims of Sevda Kurt, who was mentioned in the Ahbap Association investigation, that she was "defrauded with a promise of marriage." Levent's team, denying the allegations, shared with the public a "Payment and Settlement Protocol Arising from Debt Relationship" signed with Kurt for 210 million lira. In the statement, it was argued that Kurt received $4.5 million in return for the $3 million she gave in 2023, and that this situation is confirmed by MASAK reports, while the judicial investigation into the incident continues.
In the scope of the Ahbap Association investigation, a written statement came from Haluk Levent's side regarding Sevda Kurt's allegations of being "defrauded with a promise of marriage." Levent's team argued that the allegations do not reflect the truth and shared the "Debt Payment and Liquidation Agreement" supposedly signed between the parties with the public.
The statement noted that Sevda Kurt's "fraud" allegations are baseless, stating, "In her testimony, Sevda Kurt claims that I defrauded her with certain promises. However, this does not reflect the truth. It is a lie."
210 MILLION LIRA PAYMENT AGREEMENT SHARED In the agreement shared with the public, it was claimed that the parties reached a total payment of 210 million lira, considering the approximately 90 million lira given by Sevda Kurt and other receivable items.
The document stated that the amount was agreed to be paid in three installments on June 30, July 30, and August 31, 2026, and included provisions that the entire debt would become due if the payment obligation was not fulfilled.
Sevda Kurt "GAVE 3 MILLION, GOT BACK 4.5 MILLION DOLLARS" In the statement made by Haluk Levent's team, it was also claimed that Sevda Kurt lent Levent 3 million dollars in 2023, and in return, she received a repayment of 4.5 million dollars within a short period.
The statement claimed that these money movements were also confirmed by MASAK reports, adding, "All truths will come to light over time."
INVESTIGATION CONTINUES Sevda Kurt had previously claimed in her testimony that Haluk Levent deceived her with a promise of marriage, that she gave him large amounts of money on different dates, and that she was victimized.
While Haluk Levent's side rejected these allegations and shared the payment agreement with the public, it was stated that the judicial investigation into the mutual allegations and defenses continues.
